We worked with the McGuire Group and Sherlock 4 Homes, a real estate company in Las Vegas, to redesign their company website and provide additional functionality. We delivered a new responsive website that also included a CMS so recent sales and active listings could easily be updated by James (CEO of the McGuire Group).
James McGuire, CEO of Sherlock 4 Homes, had a proven track record and hundreds of 5 star reviews as a real estate agent in Las Vegas. Before we began working with him, he had an existing website that was extremely old and most of the links were external. For example, if you clicked to see client reviews or recent sales, his old website linked to his zillow profile. Also, the look of his old website was old and unprofessional, which hurt his brand.
We began by crafting an impressive, bold hero section on the new website with large text that says "Extended Expertise Covering the Greater Las Vegas Area" with a sub-headline and a call-to-action. We also incorporated a background image of Las Vegas and a nice image of James in front of it.
We then worked with James who told us how important it was to include his really great client reviews. So, we selected some of the top reviews that James received and included them in a nice slider. We also added a badge that shows that he is a 5-star rated agent on Zillow.
We then worked with James to determine his main selling points - why potential sellers should work with him. James had shown us some stunning videos that he had created for some previous properties, so we included that as a selling point along with his versatility and quality.
We also included some subtle interactions to show visitors that James is modern and dedicated a lot of effort to make sure that his website was on point.
An important part of James's website was being able to show all of his recent sales to prove to his clients that he is successful and trustworthy. We imported hundreds of James's previous sales so visitors could see that he is the real deal. We also set up a Content Management System (CMS) so James could easily add new recent sales on his own.
Likewise, James needed to showcase his current available listings. We also created a CMS for Active Listings and made the listings display cleanly on the website.
Besides showing visitors that he is professional and trustworthy, it was obviously extremely important to get leads through the website. So, we set up an easy-to-use contact form where visitors could easily get in touch with James. We also included the McGuire groups contact information for their entire team in case an existing client lost their number or someone wanted to get in touch immediately.
Overall, we worked with James to get the look and feel that he wanted. We also made sure to show all the major points that distinguish him from his competitors, including awards on the footer of the website as well as a Get Social page. We also trained James on how to use the CMS and update his website on his own.
James was thrilled with the final website and thanked us for working with him.
