Common Questions

Are you a law firm? Are you acting as attorneys?
No. This is an administrative credentialing and contracting support service. We do not provide legal advice or representation. Josh Kesselman, Esq. provides compliance/quality oversight for internal workflows, not attorney-client legal services.
Do you negotiate contract terms or reimbursement rates?
We provide administrative contracting support (packet organization, submissions, tracking). We do not provide legal negotiation as counsel. For legal review of contract terms or reimbursement disputes, engage your attorney.
Can you guarantee network acceptance or timelines?
No. Payers and accrediting bodies control acceptance and timing. We improve process quality and follow-up discipline, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Do you access payer portals?
Only with your explicit written authorization and credentialed access provided by you. We recommend role-based access and audit logs.
Is my information confidential?
We use secure systems and limit access to your file. Communications are business communications and are not necessarily protected by attorney–client privilege unless you separately engage counsel under a written attorney engagement agreement.
